(ADP News) - Jun 8, 2009 - Saudi Food Products Company (FPC) (SAU:2100) said Saturday in a statement to the Saudi bourse it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with local agricultural producer Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) (SAU:6040) to jointly set up a company engaged in olive processing.
The two partners did not disclose the new firm's name and capital, but said they will attract more investors to the project.
