Jaybharat Textiles FY'09 net dips 18 pc at Rs 26.69 cr
Mumbai, June 8 (PTI) Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate today reported a 18.25 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 26.69 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009.
The company had a net profit of Rs 32.65 crore last year, Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Net sales of the company rose to Rs 488.81 crore for the year ended March 2009, from Rs 429.04 crore last year.
The board of directors of the company has proposed a dividend of Rs 0.20 a piece for the year ended March 31, 2009.
