In 177 patients receiving radiotherapy for inoperable NSCLC, the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial assessed the radio-enhancing activity and safety of perifosine co-administration. The company's stock (NASDAQ:AEZS) closed Tuesday at $1.80, down 11 cents.
