Suryachakra Power acquires Suryachakra Power Venture
Mumbai, June 9 (PTI) Suryachakra Power Corporation today said it has acquired Suryachakra Power Venture Pvt Ltd to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Suryachakra Power Venture Pvt Ltd, one of the company's group companies, is in the process of setting up 50 mega megawatt (MW) power project in the state of Gujarat, Suryachakra Power Corporation said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
