By Mike Tsang Shanghai. June 9. INTERFAX-CHINA - The commodities boom and the subsequent economic crisis last year, which led to rock-bottom prices, has brought about a reshuffle in the global mining industry.
"The western world still tends to think of itself as the dominant player.
