ACQUISITIONS
Atlas Oil Co., Taylor, will acquire 33 retail gas stations/convenience stores in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs from BP Products North America Inc., Houston, bringing Atlas' total BP station count to 113 in the Chicagoland/northwest Indiana region. With this purchase, Atlas will now distribute more than 300 million gallons of fuel annually for BP, making it one of BP's largest distributors.
