THE trouble with dining out is you never know what goes into your food. When you're shopping for ingredients for your own kitchen, you can try to source food from organic producers - or study the small-print on the supermarket shelf to try find products which are organic, free-range, free of additives, preservatives and animal by-products, low-sodium, low-sulphur and low-sugar. A tall order, I'll admit.
