MILWAUKEE, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective Management Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: EMSI), a leading provider of manufacturing software to discrete manufacturers, and EMS-Polska, its Polish joint venture, have announced an agreement to provide software and services to Celma Electroniarzedzia S.A., Poland's leading manufacturer of electric power tools.
