BRISBANE, June 12 Asia Pulse - Beef producer Australian Agricultural Co Ltd (AACo)(ASX:AAC) has repeated its warning that it is unlikely to generate a profit for the first half of calendar 2009.
The company also doesn't expect to make a profit for the full year, as stated in a market update released week.
"Turning to the business outlook for 2009, I confirm the advice in the company's market update that, as a result of a number of cash and non-cash factors, the company does not expect to generate an accounting profit in the first half of 2009," chairman Brett Heading told shareholders at the group's annual general meeting on Friday.
