BRISBANE, June 12 Asia Pulse - Shareholders of Australian Agricultural Co Ltd (AAco) (ASX:AAC) have dumped its chairman and made room for directors linked to its largest stakeholder, heralding a new direction for the country's largest beef producer.

Chairman Brett Heading was voted out at the Brisbane-based company's annual general meeting on Friday, paving the way for former chair Nick Burton Taylor, who was ousted last year, to rejoin the board.

"I was really steeling not to be re-elected today ... but I do know there are a lot of people on the stations who will be relieved that the company's taking a slightly different direction," Mr Burton Taylor ...
