BRISBANE, June 12 Asia Pulse - Shareholders of Australian Agricultural Co Ltd (AAco) (ASX:AAC) have dumped its chairman and made room for directors linked to its largest stakeholder, heralding a new direction for the country's largest beef producer.
Chairman Brett Heading was voted out at the Brisbane-based company's annual general meeting on Friday, paving the way for former chair Nick Burton Taylor, who was ousted last year, to rejoin the board.
