PITTSBURGH, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 1998--Interstate Hotels Company (NYSE: IHC) today announced that it has acquired the Harrisburg Marriott in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for $32.0 million. Interstate Hotels has managed the hotel since it opened.
The Harrisburg Marriott is a 348-room full-service, upscale hotel. The hotel has four food and beverage outlets, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, 12,000 square feet of meeting space and a three-story parking garage. Approximately $2.0 million has been allocated for capital expenditures at the property.
