Dubai: The number of joint ventures between local and Saudi contractors may increase as they act as stepping stones into a difficult market.
Arabtec recently announced a joint venture with the Bin Laden Group subsidiary, Construction Products Holding Company, and Prime International Group with a capital base of 150 million Saudi riyals (Dh146.88 million).
Arabtec Saudi Arabia, is going to build a two-billion-riyal mixed-use Lamar Towers project in Jeddah to be ready in 2012.
