TOKYO, June 15 Asia Pulse - Japanese Cram school operator Nagase Brothers Inc. (TSE:9733) said Friday that it will establish a subsidiary in Singapore this month to support local cram school managers.
The wholly owned unit will have a capitalization of 5 million Singapore dollars, or about 340 million yen (US$ 3.4544 million), and target cram school operators in China, India and elsewhere in Asia. Support will cover a wide range of issues related to school ...
