Manufacturers are committed, within the new NIGC technical standards, to making the competitive Class II market as exciting as Class III. New product releases and system upgrades show just how committed.
New regulations introduced in late 2008 by the National Indian Gaming Commission governing Class II gaming aim to "give some level of certainty and guidance to manufacturers, protect the integrity of Class II gaming, and provide tribes with a viable economic opportunity well into the future," NIGC Vice Chairman Norman DesRosiers said in a statement released last year.
