OPENING a bag of donations and discovering a funeral urn complete with ashes was one of the strangest moments in 11 years working at Cardiff's Mind shop.
For manager Tina Richmond it was, incredibly, the second time it had happened.
The last time, four months ago, staff respectfully scattered the ashes in the garden behind the shop and sold the urn for pounds 10.
Tina, 45, who recently oversaw a pounds 6,000 re-fit of the shop in Cowbridge Road, says it's vital to have a sense of humour as well as sensitivity in her job.
