Norway-based Odfjell SE (Oslo:ODF), which specialises in the transportation and storage of bulk chemicals, acids, vegetable oils and petroleum products, has signed a 50/50 joint venture agreement with National Chemical Carriers Ltd Co (NCC) in the Middle East, the company announced on Tuesday.

Under this agreement Odfjell and NCC will form a new company in Dubai to commercially operate their respective fleets of coated (IMO 2/3) chemical tankers of 40,000 DWT and above, ...
