Lotte as Goslar (1907-97), the great Dresden-born mime, was hailed as a comic genius, on two continents. A student of modern dance pioneer Gret Palucca, she emigrated to the U.S. in 1937 and performed with her Los Angeles-based Pantomime Circus for decades.
