Gov. Deval Patrick recently wore a small pin advertising his well-known support for Barack Obama, but only Jewish voters got the message.
The pin spelled out "Barack Obama" in phonetic Hebrew and it can be purchased on Obama's official website for $3, or two for $5.
The governor was given the pin by Alan Solomont, the chair of the Obama '08 New England Steering Committee, a fundraising group.
"The governor is a big supporter of Obama and I thought that he'd enjoy having one of our Barack Obama in Hebrew campaign buttons," said Solomont.
