Feeling low? A good boost of energy is waiting for you at the grocery store just around the corner. Claiming to boost your senses, both physically and mentally, energy drinks have swamped supermarket shelves in a matter of years. The main ingredients of any energy drink would be caffeine, vitamins and taurine.
