WORCESTER - University of Notre Dame assistant Sean Kearney will be among the first to interview for the vacant Holy Cross men's basketball head coaching position.
According to sources, Kearney is scheduled to meet with HC director of athletics Dick Regan today.
Holy Cross is expected to move quickly in finding a successor to Ralph Willard, who resigned last week after 10 seasons at HC to become Rick Pitino's No. 1 assistant at the University of Louisville.
Regan said there have been more than 40 applicants for the job.
