On November 17th, 2008, in response to an application submitted by Cheminova India Limited, located in Bombay, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India launched antidumping investigation to DETC (o,o-diethyl thio phosphoryl chloride) originating from China. The period of the dumping investigation is 2007/ 08 fiscal year. The period of injury investigation includes fiscal years 2004/05, 2005/ 06, 2006/07 and 2007/08.
