MANILA, June 18 (PNA) --- State-owned Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) has inked an alliance with Japan-based consortium of Mecaro Rio Vista Energy Corporation (MOREnergy), Mecaro Company Ltd., Philippine Nippon Steel Construction (PNS Construction) and ESCA Engineering for the development of wind energy projects.
PNOC, under the partnership, will share with the MOREnergy consortium available technical, financial and environmental studies and information, relative to the country's wind energy program.
