SHOPPERS had the shock of their lives when they saw a seven-foot tall T-Rex browsing in shops at Birmingham's posh Mailbox mall.
But it wasn't the return of the dinosaurs, it was simply a publicity stunt for a new Walking With Dinosaurs arena show coming to the National Indoor Arena later this year.
The effect of the realistic Tyrannosaurus was created by a man controlling a sophisticated suit with sound effects, blinking eyes and a moving mouth.
