With all the uncertainty facing real estate brokers in today's economy, there's one aspect of New York that won't adversely impact the trade and asset values--and that's crime, said New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly.
Speaking at the UJA-Federation of New York's Real Estate & Allied Trades Division annual luncheon, Kelly told members of the real estate community that crime prevention is dependent on a strong partnership between the private and public sector.
