In an aggressive move to increase its presence on the East Coast and grow market share, Fails Lee Investments, the nation's largest retail-specialized investment sales and advisory team, has opened a New York office with the appointment of Richard Berlinghof as principal.
The firm has also strengthened its capital team with the addition of Eric Rosa as managing director of financial institutions based in its Irvine, Calif., office.
