Brazilian tollroad operator CCR (Bovespa: CCRO3) is negotiating the purchase of two companies, according to company president Renato Vale, news service Agencia Estado reported.
The negotiations are "relatively new" Vale said, adding there is no timeline to complete talks. Until a confidentiality agreement is signed, the executive cannot reveal their names.
CCR is interested in Sao Paulo highway concessions and federal concessions in Minas Gerais, Bahia and Espirito Santos states, Vale said, adding: "We also remain interested in the passenger rail sector."
