There are times when one plus one equals more than two. A new venture by talented real estate veterans Charles R. Bendit and Paul E. Pariser is a case in point.
Just a quick look at their upcoming acquisition of four Downtown buildings for $387 million with investment partners is enough to place them among the top ten recent investors in city property, although they declined to comment on the transaction, which has not yet closed.
Twenty years ago, Pariser recruited Bendit to work at Jones Lang Wootten. Now, after going their separate ways and making a name for themselves as individuals, Bendit has recruited Pariser to be his partner in the investment hungry ...
