The annual state-of-the-snack-industry report by Chicago-based Information Resources Inc. and the latest economic forecast and trends by a leading economist at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will be among the highlights at this year's SNAXPO 2009, which runs from March 29-April 1, in Orlando Fla.
