COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- AirNet Systems, Inc. (NYSE: ANS) announced earnings of $0.24 per share today for the quarter ended December 31, 1997, compared to $0.20 per share for the same 1996 period. Net revenues for the quarter increased 35.9% to $26.9 million from $19.8 million for the same period in 1996. Average gross daily air transportation revenues increased 31.6%. Net income was $3.0 million versus $2.5 million for the comparable 1996 period, an increase of 18.7%. Net revenues for the year were $98.4 million, an increase of 26.0% over 1996 levels, with earnings per share of $1.05 ($1.04 after dilution). These figures represent record quarterly ...
