State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., or BSNL, has invited expressions of interest from companies to set up four customer-care call centers for its fixed-line and broadband services subscribers in India.
BSNL didn't specify the value of the contract in a document posted on the telecommunications company's Web site, but said one call center each will be set up in the four zones - North, South, East, West - in the country.
The bidders should have the experience of running 1,000-seat call centers during the past two years, with at least half of those seats at a single location, it said.
