Hundreds of exhibitors attended Waste Expo in Las Vegas this year, bringing new products for use in waste management, recycling and environmental services. Some of the new products that were displayed are listed below.
THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC INC. has introduced the LFM-3 Radiation Monitoring System designed to maximize sensitivity to gamma radiation, with a minimum of alarms. The system consists of two shielded, 50.8-millimeter-diameter scintillation detectors shock-mounted in separate weatherproof PVC housings.
