Trading in oil for delivery to the Russian domestic market in July opened with growth in the price by 23.5%. Alla Afanasyeva, an analyst with the Kortes information and analysis center, suggested that the buyer accepted this high price after being impressed by the Friday Urals price of over $70 per barrel.
