The Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd has spent RM180 million to implement several projects to upgrade the passenger terminal, operations complex and cargo terminal at the Sultan Ismail International Airport (LTSI) in Senai.
Johor Local Government, Housing, Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee chairman Datuk Ahmad Zahri Jamil said, works to extend the runway from 3.35km to 3.8km to cater to larger aircraft, passenger terminal expansion and commercial area were also underway.
