An MP has called for a public enquiry into Haringey Council's children's services department.
Lynne Featherstone, MP for Hornsey and Wood Green in north London, said the documentary about the death of Baby P showed "clear evidence of deceit by Haringey Council".
The programme for Panorama, made by social worker Sue Gilmore, included Baby P's mother talking about a "very good friend" for whom she cooked a Valentine's Day dinner.
It was filmed just two weeks after her estranged husband warned social workers she had a new boyfriend.
