Jun 29, 2009 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- DuPont today announced it has sold its linuron herbicide assets to Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. (TKI) (http://www.tkinet.com/). Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
"As part of our strategy to continually renew and revitalize our crop protection portfolio, DuPont uses select, strategic divestitures of niche products like linuron to allow us to put more focus, time and resources into our emerging pipeline of new crop protection chemistry," said James C.
