BP plc (NYSE: BP), a UK-based energy company, has entered into an agreement to sell its ground fuels marketing business in Greece to Hellenic Petroleum (ATH: ELPE).
The company has reported that the sale will be completed for a consideration of around USD500m and assets include 1200 BP branded sites in Greece, and a distribution network of fuel deliveries to the sites and wholesale customers. ...
