Check out the similarities between Microsoft Bing Travel and Kayak travel:

What strikes you the most? The gray-blue bubbles? The selection sliders? The entire left column? The results themselves?
Well, Kayak certainly has noticed the similarities between its Web site and Microsoft's new search engine. It has sent a legal letter to Microsoft alleging what essentially could be Web plagiarism.
Strong words, perhaps. But Kayak was around first; Bing just launched at the beginning of June.
