I am pleased to report another year of progress towards the Company's goal
of growth and continued delivery of a very high standard product with efficient
back-office services. Most notable has been the completion and market launch of
the MT2, a state-of-the-art GPRS tracking device with greatly increased
accuracy over its predecessor, the MT1. Furthermore, the successful acquisition
