Prevalence and cause of foster children's emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
Although numerous studies have explored biological parents' beliefs about the causes of their children's difficult behaviour, none have attempted to look at the views of substitute parents of children in care on this specific issue. This is surprising in light of the high prevalence of EBD exhibited by this group of children.
