This case concerned an application by CHW (the father) for a residence order in respect of G (the youngest child) and a contact order in respect of C (the second youngest child) pursuant to Article 8 of the Children's (Northern Ireland) Order 1995.
Background
CHW and CMJ (the respondent) married in 1992 and had four children aged 17, 16, 12 and six, the second oldest being the only boy. The parties separated in July 2002 after which all children lived with the respondent.
