NEW YORK -- Stephen J. Gulotta, Jr. has been named Managing Member of the New York office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. Mr. Gulotta, who also heads the firm's New York corporate practice, succeeds Robert Bodian who was named firm-wide Managing Member.
