Rovensky quitting RBC, joining Onexim
MOSCOW. June 29 (Interfax) - Yury Rovensky is resigning as general director of RBC Information Systems (RTS: RBCI) to take the position of adviser to the general director of Mikhail Prokhorov's Onexim Group, a job where his task would be to restructure RBCs' debt, ONEXIM spokesman Igor Petrov told Interfax.
In March, investment bank Renaissance Capital proposed a scheme where RBC would issue extra shares and Onexim would buy 65% of RBC's enlarged authorized capital. The proposal's validity deadline has been put back on two occasions. The current deadline is July 31.
