CEBU CITY, June 29 (PNA) --- The Lapu-Lapu City Council has voted 10-1, approving a resolution granting Mayor Arturo Radaza the authority to negotiate and enter into contracts with investors in the proposed P10.29-billion Mactan North Reclamation and Development Project (MNRDP).
In the same resolution, the Lapu-Lapu City Council also authorized Radaza to open a credit line with any universal bank or accredited financial institution to fund the project.
