So Much attention is paid to unscrupulous activities several organizations have engaged in, which many say caused the financial crisis that we are now facing. Up against that, government is scorned because they are bailing out the same organizations that were responsible for many of our current problems.

To show that they are making efforts to prevent this from happening in the future, I believe there will be a flood of new rules for the financial community.
