NEW YORK -- Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC, the leading global risk and reinsurance specialist, today announced that it has named Henry Keeling as President & Chief Executive Officer of International Operations, effective August 1, 2009.
Mr. Keeling will chair Guy Carpenter's International Board and will be responsible for its operations in the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Asia Pacific, Australia and Bermuda. In addition, he will be responsible for all Marine and Energy, Aviation and Retrocession businesses globally.
He will report to Peter Zaffino, President and CEO of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC, and will join the Company's Executive Committee.
