Amgen Inc's (Thousand Oaks CA) experimental drug denosumab may help the company rebound from its projected sales decline this year, with tests showing the treatment can stop tumors' spread into bones. If approved for use in cancer, denosumab could generate $1.8 billion a year for halting prostate tumors and an added $1.2 billion for breast malignancies, said Yaron Werber, a Citigroup analyst in New York.
