While most are still experiencing the gloom of a sour market, Suzanne Sunshine is seeing a much brighter outlook in the nonprofit sector.
On pace for 2009 to mark her best year yet, Sunshine has left CB Richard Ellis to launch her own venture, S. Sunshine & Associates.
Sunshine has a decade of brokerage experience under her belt, specializing in nonprofit needs for the last seven years. Her desire to go solo has always been unquestioned but, after spending the last four years at CBRE, Sunshine was waiting for the right time and the market--and waiting until she had enough experience under her belt.
