TREVOSE, Pa., July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Broder Bros., Co. (the "Company") announced today that three new board members have been appointed to the Company's board of directors effective June 30, 2009. The new directors are David Heath, Michael Lundin and Edward Conard. Messrs. Heath, Lundin and Conard join Gregg Gardiner, a former member of the ad hoc committee of bondholders during the recently completed bond exchange offer, and Thomas Myers, the Company's CEO.
