Urals Energy, whose co-owners include Boris Yeltsin's former son- in-law Leonid Dyachenko, will transfer its key assets, i.e. Dulisma and 35.3% in Taas-Yuryakh Oil and Gas Production, to Sberbank, under a debt restructuring agreement for $630 million.
