IT'S A GOOD TIME TO BE IN THE ETHNIC FOODS BUSINESS. Not only are more people moving to the U.S. from other countries, but consumers are becoming more interested in global flavors. Regardless of whether these international flavors are old favorites or exotic new finds, the continued recession makes it less likely that people will seek these foods in restaurants.
